Water has no shape. It is transparent. Life is abstractive, like water. Life is made concrete by living. It is up to you on how you sow the seed and reap temporary benefits from it, since life is just an impermanent experience, in this infinity.

Life is not a travesty but it is made a tragedy, if there is no comedy. Literally, comedy has nothing to do with humor or sarcasm here. The comedy is when human being(s) consider life to stay as it is, as if attachment towards life is a splendid philosophy. Well, it is so heuristic to learn that life is simply about a mindful way of living. But, unfortunately, the comedy is misunderstood and we end up seeing more people either ‘surviving’ or ‘existing’ than ‘living’ their respective life.

The concept of life is subjectively comprehended. Good. A group of blind men touching different parts of an elephant will shell out variety of conclusions of this elephant. Synonymously, we ratiocinate the reality of life from our own perspectives or mental formations. But, there is certainly an objectivity in this understanding of the reality of life and that is ‘suffering’. And, now, our volition, attitude and aptitude decides the course of life’s altitude.

Gautama Siddhartha (The Buddha), the founder of Buddhism, clarified and also sorted the meaning of life and death in his discourses (mentioned in Tipitaka canon). For him, suffering is certain and pain is optional. As soon as we take birth, we commence paddling the cycle of suffering. Initially, suffering is understood more psychologically and cognitively. Either subconsciously or ignorantly, we f**k life by assuming or believing THAT:

a) everything is going to stay same,

b) feelings will remain unchanging,

c) attachment is good,

d) expecting is wise,

e) living in past is logical,

f) thinking about future is better,

g) present is bad,

h) money is everything,

i) outshining others is success,

j) failure is a taboo,

k) reputation is dignity,

l) others are inferior,

m) discrimination is justice,

n) compassion is a sign of weakness,

o) loyalty is cheap,

p) love is sex,

q) apathy is OK,

r) ignorance is knowledge,

s) blind faith is trust,

t) drugs are necessary,

u) war is freedom,

v) liberty is slavery,

w) curiosity is illogical,

x) violence is strength,

y) selflessness is idiocy,

z) oppression is power,

Etc.

Many a time the external conditions also alter the consciousness of our living and lifestyle. Nevertheless, we are individually responsible for our own decisions, actions as well as consequences. We f**k our own life as well as others’ life, knowingly or unknowingly. Thence, it is essential and humane to reflect upon the positions that we apply in f**king our own life.

A simplest panacea to undo the mindless art (f**king life) is ‘living mindfully’. Mindfulness, no matter what are your current assumptions regarding it, is the easiest, sincerest and the most coherent way to undo suffering. The art of mindfulness originated in the tenets of Buddhism. You can unf**k your life only if you are interested in your life than in others’ life and privacy, primarily. And, to start with, it incepts by living in the present, without judging the present and by observing the breathing process in the moment of your present. When you apply and understand the importance of present, you will master the art of living in the moment than in past (regrets) and future (anxiety).

Irrespective of all those gibberish medicines or drugs, which would simply hallucinate thee for a while, mindfulness living has been scientifically and spiritually proven to unf**k your life. Understanding that you are a guest in your human body will make you comprehend that after your death, nobody would give a f**k to you. Your visit on this planet is temporary, so act mindfully. You f**k your life, when you calm the storm. You can unf**k yourself, when you calm yourself. The storm will anyway pass because it is just like you encountering many experiences.
